Meadowlark St. in KDH, across from the Dare County Library, within safe and convenient walking distance of the First Flight Schools.From Hwy158 bypass, turn west onto Meadowlark St.at the south side of the Kill Devil Hills Post Office. Outer Banks Learning Center will be on your left at the corner of Meadowlark & Mustian Streets.
